Applications Systems Management

Systems serving multiple users, such as web applications or enterprise applications, often require management by a knowledgeable application analyst. Omega application analysts often perform some programming, some system administration, and some help desk support. Typically this 2nd line of technical support will be responsible for supporting applications programmed with a variety of programming languages using a variety of application servers, database systems and middleware systems.
